Every week they stream the nicest digital party from the Netherlands straight into your living room! Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday you can cook, play games, sing, laugh, dance and relax together with the coolest performers at SemiFest.
I revised and brought to life the SemiFest Live logo through animation, directed drone shots, and edited the hero video. Additionally, I infused dynamic energy into the initial set of social media videos through animation and crafted visually compelling press announcements, ensuring a seamless and impactful representation of SemiFest Live across various channels.
SEMIFEST LIVE LOGO & TYPOGRAPHY
To infuse a rebellious spirit into the 'live' aspect of the logo, the client sought a distinctive touch, leading me to opt for a painted/graffiti-style typography in deliberate contrast to the clean lines of the sans-serif font. The red dot within the logo serves as a symbolic recording light, adding a dynamic and edgy flair to the overall design.
HERO VIDEO
For this video, we enlisted the expertise of the 'Dutch Drone Gods' to capture breathtaking footage of the ADAM tower, the epicenter from which artists perform and livestream. Their mastery in drone piloting added a cinematic touch, elevating the visual narrative to new heights.
BACKGROUND VIDEO
This is a dynamic background loop crafted to serve as a versatile backdrop for announcements and more. It seamlessly integrates with the social media posts showcased below, creating a cohesive visual theme across various platforms.

These vibrant animated social media posts not only graced SemiFest's own platforms but were also shared with the artists. By empowering the performers to promote the event on their own platforms, these animations played a pivotal role in extending the reach and excitement surrounding SemiFest.
